WWE and First Book have partnered together on the WrestleMania Reading Challenge. New for 2016 will be a sweepstakes contest and social media campaign to encourage families to read together every day. In honor of WrestleMania 32, WWE will donate 32,000 books to the Dallas area.
WWE encourages families to read together for 15 minutes every day, then visit wrestlemaniareadingchallenge.com to enter the contest. There, entrants can enter the number of minutes read and share on social media that they’ve taken the WrestleMania Reading Challenge.
Two individual grand prizes and 10 second prizes — replica WWE World Heavyweight Championship Titles — will be awarded. For complete contest details and rules, visit wwereads.com. The WrestleMania Reading Challenge runs through Friday, Feb. 19.
WWE will also take part in a Local Book Wish campaign in the Dallas area leading up to WrestleMania 32. Educators are encouraged to submit “book wish” requests to First Book to enter to win books from WWE for classrooms and programs from Feb. 1 to 19. One school will be selected to receive a visit from WWE Superstars, a Reading Celebration and a 1,000-book donation to their school!
