Pediatric patients from Ochsner Health Center for Children, Children’s Hospital of New Orleans and Tulane Lakeside Hospital for Women and Children revealed their new WWE Kid Superstar personas at WrestleMania Axxess. WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon, WWE Champion AJ Styles, Daniel Bryan, Asuka and WWE Ambassador Dana Warrior introduced 11 special kids and teens to the WWE Universe.
The WWE Kid Superstar Reveal at WrestleMania Axxess is in honor of Connor’s Cure, a charity created by Stephanie and Triple H which has raised more than $2 million to help fight pediatric cancer.
“What Connor did in this identity [as ‘The Crusher’] was not only to inspire us to give in as many ways as we can, but he inspired other kids,” Stephanie said in the ring at Axxess. “So, what we have to celebrate today is 11 children who have their own WWE Superstar personas. And we’re going to interduce the world to these brand-new Superstars right here today!”
The new Kid Superstars have been working on their ring gear, finishing moves, entrance music and graphics and perfecting their characters for their big reveal during WrestleMania Weekend in New Orleans.
The new Kid Superstars are: Callan “The Flying Dragon,” age 5; “Skull Crusher” T-Vic, age 9; “Lae Lae the Unstoppable” Jalanea, age 6; and Allen “The Multimillion Dollar Man,” age 13, from Ochsner Health Center for Children; “Super Four” Michael, age 6; “Diva Supreme” A’laicha, age 15; and “Quiet Storm” Jaynea, age 15, from Tulane Lakeside Hospital for Women and Children; and “Charlie the Champ” Ansley, age 12; “Super Messiah,” age 5; “Brayden the Punisher,” age 16; and “Mayhem Maddox,” age 8, from Children’s Hospital of New Orleans.
