WWE Superstar and Global Ambassador Titus O'Neil joined NXT 2.0 announcer Alicia Taylor, WWE announcer Sarah Schreiber, 24/7 Champion Dana Brooke, Women's Tag Team Champion Carmella and WWE Superstars Tamina, Reggie, Apollo Crews, Nikki A.S.H. and Liv Morgan hosted a Be a STAR rally in St. Louis during Royal Rumble Weekend. They were joined by Baseball Hall of Famer and former St. Louis Cardinal Ozzie Smith, Reggie Jones of the Herbert Hoover Boys & Girls Club and Cricket Wireless' Hayley Schaberg, Senior Marketing Manager at AT&T.
Following the Rally, Cricket Wireless conducted a gift presentation to two families as part of their 12 Days of Cricket. Cricket provided Be a STAR rally participants a book featuring tips and tools for children, parents and clubs to use to help avoiding and preventing cyberbullying.
The mission of the Be a STAR (Show Tolerance And Respect) program is to encourage young people to treat each other with respect through education and grassroots initiatives. Be a STAR promotes positive methods of social interaction and encourages people to treat others as equals. Since 2011, Be a STAR bullying prevention rallies, resources and programs have reached more than 500,000 children globally. The Be a STAR curriculum is available to more than 4,300 Boys & Girls Clubs across the U.S.
