Raw Tag Team Champions Chad Gable and Otis took part in a Unified Sports Powerlifting event with Special Olympics Missouri athletes during Royal Rumble Weekend in St. Louis. They were joined by NIL athletes Joe Spivak and Riley White. Alpha Academy and the NIL athletes served as coaches in the exhibition style competition.

Special Olympics Missouri athletes included Baker Banter's Derek Baker, Josh Warren, Kjell Hagen, Gryffin McBride, Ryan Walz, Troy Gladden, Shane Garner, Kevin Kitchell, Devin Bock and Florica Gault. After warm ups, the athletes competed in two exercises that are in the Special Olympics USA Games – deadlift and bench press. They were cheered on and coached by Gable, Otis, Spivak and White.
