Drew McIntyre leads new Special Olympics School of Strength workout

Drew McIntyre is leading a brand-new Special Olympics School of Strength workout to help keep athletes fit and healthy while at home during the pandemic! WWE and Special Olympics launched the workout leading into Royal Rumble via a WWE Royal Rumble Special Olympics virtual event headlined by WWE Superstars, Special Olympics athletes and health messengers.

This is a moderate intensity workout for all ability levels that you can easily do while at home during the pandemic. Go to specialolympics.org/school-of-strength/class-is-in-session to participate in this workout today.

In addition to the workout, Special Olympics created Unified Fitness Kits and Cards, which are some cool fitness resources for youth of all ages and ability levels to stay physically active and promote healthy behaviors. More than 12,000 of these kits are being distributed to students at Unified Champion Schools across the United States.
